Job summary

Arthrex Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead daily logistics center activities including receiving, inventory control, and international fulfillment on the weekend shift.

You will supervise staff, manage timekeeping, coordinate workload, and drive process improvements using SAP, PowerBI and related systems. A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or equivalent is required; warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP WM/IM or similar warehouse systems, preferred.
• Inventory control and fulfillment operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, mentor and train warehouse personnel.
• Coordinate daily workload and resources to meet customer needs.
• Monitor timekeeping, PTO approvals, and attendance in SAP.
• Drive process improvements and update work instructions as needed.
• Utilize PowerBI and SAP to manage inbound/outbound activities.
