Job summary

Arthrex Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations - Domestic (Weekends) to lead daily logistics activities at the site.

The role focuses on supervising warehouse personnel, coordinating workload, ensuring accurate timekeeping and PTO processing, and driving safety and process improvements while using SAP WM/IM and PowerBI dashboards to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience managing or training personnel or high school diploma with 4 years of experience.
• Experience with SAP WM/IM or similar warehouse systems preferred.
• Experience in inventory control and fulfillment operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, mentor and train warehouse personnel.
• Coordinate daily workload and resources to meet customer requirements.
• Manage timekeeping, PTO approvals and payroll adjustments.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor SAP/Warehouse dashboards and participate in process improvements.
