Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Weekend Day Shift (Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM) at our newly built facility. You will lead and train a warehouse team to achieve daily goals while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

You will manage loaders, unloaders, and other frontline staff, ensure accurate outbound shipments, and collaborate with production to minimize shortages. A proactive, detail‑oriented leader with logistics experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database programs.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn every warehouse position.

Responsibilities

• Leads and assists Loaders, Unloaders, Jockeys, Conveyor Operators, Finished Good Handlers, Administrative Assistant and Leads.
• Leads the Inventory Control processes for the shift.
• Organizes and distributes outbound shipment mail bags daily.
• Ensures proper trailer/door assignments for deliveries.
• Addresses issues that arise during the shift and investigates incidents.
• Ensures order accuracy and cube utilization on outbound trailers.
• Trains associates on warehouse procedures and safety.
• Supports process improvements with the Logistics Manager.
