Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Florence, KY to oversee weekend day-shift warehouse operations and lead forklift operators and team leads. The role reports to the Manager, Warehouse and requires safety, quality, and productivity focus.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or technical training, 3–5 years of manufacturing operations experience, and familiarity with SAP or FlexNet. forklift certification and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with post-secondary training or technical school or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in major technical discipline preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing operations.
• Knowledgeable in the use of L'Oreal systems (SAP, Flexnet, etc.) preferred.
• Microsoft Office Knowledge including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Must observe Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P) at all times.
• Must obtain L'Oreal forklift certification/AGV training.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no sponsorship."

Responsibilities

• Manage flows workforce to maximize efficient manufacturing operations.
• Coach and develop team members to meet safety and quality goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and support environmental programs.
• Maintain records and prepare reports in a timely manner.
• Train personnel in skills and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Develop labor standards for new products where applicable.
• Oversee vendor/sub-contractor activity where applicable.
• Enforce company policies and Equal Employment Opportunity practices.
