Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing and shipping in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will operate RF scanning devices, move goods with PIT equipment, and ensure accurate processing of orders while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and teamwork to maintain efficient operations and meet daily targets in a 7:00am–5:30pm schedule on weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; related work experience acceptable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on feet for full shift.
• Experience with RF scanners and material handling equipment a plus.
• Safe, team-oriented approach with clear communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and packing for shipment.
• Quality checks, sorting, and pallet building.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Use Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and report concerns to supervision.
