Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and email.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, labels, and basic drawings.
• Ability to perform basic calculations related to counts, weights, and measurements.
• Ability to identify and elevate in-process problems, manage changing priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and document incoming materials.
• Record material transactions in the ERP system, including receipts, transfers, issues, and shipments.
• Perform project kitting.
• Box orders and prepare shipments using proper packaging and labels.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform quality assurance checks as required.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe per procedures.
• Support inventory cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• Assist with special projects or process improvements as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
