Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join our distribution center team as General Warehouse Associate IIs. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise to support the business, with a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities include pulling and picking with equipment, loading furniture for delivery, receiving shipments, and handling returns. Qualifications include lifting 150 lbs, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years warehouse experience;

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 150 lbs with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma/GED.
• 1–2 years of distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with repetitive movements.
• Good teamwork and communication.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of distribution/warehousing processes.
• Willing to adjust schedule/overtime.
• Self-starter with integrity.
• Honest and reliable in work conduct.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pick items using power equipment and stage inventory accurately.
• Load furniture into trucks for delivery to hubs, stores and customer homes.
• Receive shipments, inspect, unload, and rack within the distribution center.
• Handle returns from stores and customers and restock within the distribution center.
