Job summary

Propak in Harrisonville, MO is seeking a Pallet Sorter to inspect and sort pallets by type and condition. You will identify damaged pallets, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and contribute to meeting production goals. The role requires attention to detail, comfort with repetitive tasks, and teamwork.

Weekend shift runs 5:00 am–5:30 pm (Sat-Sun). Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with 90-day and annual progression. Benefits include Daily Pay, PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and more.

• Must identify defects and criteria in pallets with high accuracy.
• Capable of performing repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently.
