PLA and its Family of Companies in Harrisonville, MO is seeking a Pallet Sorter to support warehouse operations by manually inspecting and sorting pallets based on type and condition criteria, ensuring pallets meet PLA standards and production goals.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, and a commitment to safety. Weekend shift runs 5:00 am to 5:30 pm, with opportunities for progression and benefits after hire.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove debris from incoming pallets.
• Manually sort pallets by type and condition criteria.
• Inspect pallets to ensure quality criteria are met.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift.
• Adhere to PPE, safety rules, and PLA policies.
• Collaborate with team and supervisor to meet production goals.
