Staff Management | SMX is seeking a general production/packing associate for Mars Pet Care in Columbus, OH. You will follow written SOPs, pick and pack, and perform routine quality inspections in a clean, safe warehouse.

Standard shifts include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend options with paid training. Eligible applicants must be 18+, able to stand for shift duration, and lift up to 40 pounds; background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Drug test required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Packer / Packing associate will follow written standardized operating procedures or work instructions.
• Packer / Packing associate will pick and pack product according to written standards, perform routine quality inspections, and maintain the site 5S, or, if down, follow the cleaning policy.
