Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops for a Saturday-Sunday shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM) in Cranbury, NJ. The role focuses on inbound/outbound activities, order picking, packing, and shipment preparation within a safe, compliant environment.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate material handling equipment, and use a WMS. Prior PIT/forklift experience and strong teamwork are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Walk/stand for entire shift and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Comfort working at heights and with equipment.
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• RF scanner and WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas to support operations.
• Use WMS to check in/out products and manage inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Communicate issues to management and participate in team meetings.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and site safety rules.
