Job summary

Melaleuca has immediate openings for Warehouse Material Handlers responsible for moving inventory within the plant in Kansas City, Missouri. This full-time role operates Fri-Sun from 5:00am to 5:30pm on a non-smoking campus.

Earn $18.25 per hour with a $1 shift differential ($19.25/hr) plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with match, profit sharing, bonuses, paid time off, holidays, a fitness center, and opportunities for pay increases.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently on tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Strong math skills for counts and inventory.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for the shift.
• Team-oriented and safety-conscious worker.

Responsibilities

• Participates in training to become a certified Electric Pallet Jack operator.
• Keeps accurate counts of stock and supplies.
• Keeps dock areas clean and safe from hazards.
• Loads customer orders on pallets and trailers per BMC.
• Performs pre-work equipment inspections and moves damaged product to Returns.
• Operates box erector maintenance and supplies racks.
