Melaleuca has immediate openings for Warehouse Material Handlers at our Kansas City distribution center. This full-time position offers a starting hourly wage of $18.25, plus a $1 shift differential to total $19.25 per hour. The role is on-site in Kansas City, MO, with comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
• Stand, sit or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Good math skills and basic numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Participates in training to become a certified Electric Pallet Jack operator.
• Keeps accurate stock counts and designated areas clean.
• Loads customer orders on pallets and trailers per procedures.
• Keeps dock and box areas clean and organized.
• Stores and organizes material on lines and in packs.
• Distributes materials to locations accurately.
• Performs pre-work equipment inspections.
• Removes damaged product for returns processing.
• Operates box erector and changes over box sizes as needed.
