Job summary

Melaleuca in Kansas City, MO seeks Warehouse Material Handlers to move inventory and load orders on pallets and trailers following procedures. This full-time role offers shift Mon-Thu 3:30pm-2:00am with mandatory OT at peak times.

Starting pay is $18.25/hr plus $1 shift differential ($19.25/hr) with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, longevity bonuses, paid time off, holidays, a fitness center, and opportunities for pay increases.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and meet shift requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for the shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Team collaboration to achieve performance.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in stock counts.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Train to become certified Electric Pallet Jack operator.
• Maintain accurate counts of stock and organize materials.
• Keep dock and packing areas clean and hazard-free.
• Load customer orders on pallets and trailers per BMC.
• Inspect equipment before use and perform box erector duties as needed.
• Distribute materials to locations and restock racks.
• Operate a baler as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
