Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the Weekend shift in Pompano Beach. You will lead pick/pack operations, coordinate with Shipping/Receiving, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) and dependable attendance. You will supervise dock activities, maintain clean receiving areas, and support process improvements while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable attendance and be a team player.
• Prior forklift certification or willingness to become forklift certified.
• Basic computer skills helpful.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead picker/packer personnel to ship orders on schedule.
• Communicate daily with Shipping Supervisors on concerns, issues and questions.
• Print orders and sort them into zones by priority.
• Train and lead employees on picking and packing procedures.
• Maintain dock and receiving areas organized and clean.
• Supervise offloading of trucks and organize POs on dock/racks.
• Research pick errors and address issues with Shipping Supervisor.
• Ensure zero stock issues across shipping, receiving and dock areas.
