Job summary

Shipfusion is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping. You will lead a hands-on team, monitor performance, and resolve issues to meet SLAs and productivity goals.

The role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving and organizational skills, plus knowledge of warehouse processes and systems. English proficiency and the ability to manage a growing team are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary software quickly.
• Desire and capacity to motivate, coach and manage a growing team.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure picking, packing, shipping, and other workflows are completed safely and efficiently.
• Provide hands-on leadership to warehouse associates and monitor daily work.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure SLAs and productivity goals are met.
• Collaborate with Coordinators and Supervisors to maintain workflow and inventory accuracy.
• Support training and development of warehouse staff.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and follow policies.
