Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee your assigned team and area in the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment while upholding safety standards.

On a typical day, you’ll train staff, assign tasks, operate the warehouse management system, and monitor performance to deliver exceptional service to customers and maintain efficient operations. Weekend 1st Shift, Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:00pm.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with WMS and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
