Job summary

Freight Breakers is hiring for a part-time Warehouse Loader & Unloader in Ocala, FL. Work weekends only, with shifts from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Earn based on production, averaging $200–$250 per day, with hourly equivalence of $16–$25+.

This role involves lifting, standing, and staying active as you load and unload freight. Join a small, energetic team on-site with opportunities to advance and gain paid training.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 5–50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Load cartons from conveyor systems into outbound trailers.
• Scan each carton using handheld RF equipment.
• Transport rolling cages throughout the warehouse.
• Build organized, secure trailer loads while maintaining production standards.
• Remove freight from inbound trailers and place cartons onto conveyor belts.
• Scan merchandise as it is unloaded.
• Sort freight into designated cages for processing.
• Work efficiently with your team to keep freight moving safely.

What You'll Be Doing

Loading Operations

• Load cartons from conveyor systems into outbound trailers.
• Scan each carton using handheld RF equipment.

Compensation

Production‑Based Pay

• Average earnings of $200–$250 per day

• Paid per case loaded and unloaded
• The more you produce, the more you can earn

Schedule

• Friday - Sunday or Saturday - Sunday
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Some shifts may finish early based on freight volume
• Overtime opportunities available when business demands
