Freight Breakers LLC is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our daytime warehouse team. This is a production-pay position where your effort directly impacts your earnings.

If you enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. A combination of outbound loading and inbound unloading keeps freight moving, with shifts Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in Ocala, FL.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 5-50 pounds repeatedly.
• Dependable transportation.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound cartons from conveyor systems into trailers.
• Scan freight using handheld RF scanners.
• Move rolling carts and cages throughout the warehouse.
• Build secure, organized trailer loads while meeting production goals.
• Unload cartons from inbound trailers.
• Place freight onto conveyor belts for processing.
• Scan and sort products into the correct rolling cages.
• Work with your team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Outbound Loading

• Load cartons from conveyor systems into trailers.
• Scan freight using handheld RF scanners.
• Move rolling carts and cages throughout the warehouse.
• Build secure, organized trailer loads while meeting production goals.

Inbound Unloading

• Unload cartons from inbound trailers.
• Place freight onto conveyor belts for processing.
• Scan and sort products into the correct rolling cages.
• Work with your team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.

This is a physically active position involving regular lifting, bending, walking, and standing throughout your shift.

Earnings

• Average earnings of $200-$250 per shift
• Typical equivalent of $16-$25+ per hour
• Paid by production - not hourly
• Higher performance means higher earnings

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday
• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Shifts may finish early when workload allows
• Overtime available during busy periods
