Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC in Ocala, FL is hiring for a Warehouse Freight Handler on a full-time, production-pay basis. Earn $200–$250 per day by loading outbound shipments, unloading inbound freight, and keeping trailer loads secure while meeting daily goals.

Shifts run Monday–Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with overtime during busy periods. This role is physically active and requires reliability, a background check, drug screen, and the ability to lift 5–50 pounds.

What You'll Do

Outbound Loading

• Load cartons from conveyor systems into trailers.
• Scan freight using handheld RF scanners.
• Move rolling carts and cages throughout the warehouse.
• Build secure, organized trailer loads while meeting production goals.

Inbound Unloading

• Unload cartons from inbound trailers.
• Place freight onto conveyor belts for processing.
• Scan and sort products into the correct rolling cages.
• Work with your team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.

This is a physically active position involving regular lifting, bending, walking, and standing throughout your shift.

Earnings

Production-Based Compensation

• Average earnings of$200–$250 per shift
• Typical equivalent of$16–$25+ per hour
• Paid by production—not hourly
• Higher performance means higher earnings

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday

• Shifts may finish early when workload allows
