Job summary

Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens - HumanGood in Fresno, CA is seeking a part-time Waitstaff/Server to greet residents, take orders, and serve meals with exceptional service. The role requires open availability between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, including weekends and holidays, with compensation of $17–$20 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, fast food, or restaurant settings.
• Experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Certification such as Food Handler or ServSafe is preferred.
• Availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Description

Shift: Part-time position, looking for an individual with open availability to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 3:00 P.M., weekend and holiday availability required

Pay: $17 - $20/hr DOE

The Waitstaff/Server’s day-to-day work includes routinely setting up, clearing and cleaning, and resetting the dining room. You would take menu orders and serve residents' and guests' meals promptly and graciously. You will be providing quality customer service to residents and guests.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior food service, fast food, or restaurant experience
• Prior experience working with seniors (preferred)
• Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification (preferred)
• Availability that might include evenings, weekends, & holidays
