Qualifications

• 2+ years of Veterinary Technician/Assistant experience REQUIRED.
• Weekend only schedule. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic math for medication dosages and familiarity with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians in medicine and surgery and other tasks as needed.
• Take histories, vital signs, and weights; provide client education.
• Prepare patients for surgery and monitor during procedures.
• Perform in-hospital lab testing and radiographs following safety rules.
• Restock rooms and keep equipment clean; support team as needed.
• Communicate clearly with clients and staff to ensure patient care.
