Job summary

VetCheck Urgent Care Center is seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians to join a fast‑paced emergency team with no overnight shifts. We offer a balanced schedule, supportive leadership, and a collaborative environment focused on staff well‑being and respectful care for patients and clients.

Responsibilities include triage, assisting veterinarians, administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, preparing surgical suites, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Prior emergency/urgent care experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to triage emergencies and monitor critical patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics and emergencies.
• Administer medications, fluids, vaccines, and treatments as directed.
• Monitor anesthesia and post‑operative recovery.
• Explain treatment plans and discharge instructions to clients.
• Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and surgical suites.
