We currently have openings for the following team members: Unit Manager (RN/LPN). This role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus!

Job Duties of Unit Manager:

1. Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct nursing services for all licensed units under the director of DON.
2. Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents according to their care plans.
3. Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs.
4. Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants.

Qualifications of Unit Manager:

• At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment, with most in a management role.
• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents.
• Current RN License.
• Ability to administer medication and IV certification.
• Good working knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive can-do attitude and excellent attendance.
