Job summary

Samaritan Healthcare in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a full-time Ultrasound Technologist to perform abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, venous and carotid Doppler exams, consult with radiologists, and ensure imaging accuracy.

You will work Friday through Sunday, 7:00am–7:30pm, maintain supplies, document exams, protect patient confidentiality, and participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a fully accredited Sonography program.
• One year of acute care Ultrasound Technologist experience required.
• ARDMS registry in abdomen or OB/GYN or ARDMS eligible with interim registry within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate with Radiologist and/or physician by contributing technical and professional knowledge.
• Review pathology, surgical and delivery reports to follow patients progress and ensure accuracy of the diagnostic exam.
• Perform abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, venous and carotid Doppler, and various small parts ultrasound exams; consult with radiologist per exam.
• Maintain supplies and proper paperwork for exams; ensure patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
