Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a well-organized travel coordinator to book flights, car rentals, and hotels for our team and to support both field and corporate staff in getting to your next project on time.

This part-time weekend role requires Saturday 5:00pm–12:00am EST and Sunday 1:00pm–6:30pm EST, with training in the Tampa office. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Ability to arrange travel and hotel bookings within budgets.
• Experience with US travel logistics is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Research and compare travel options to identify best value.
• Make travel arrangements within approved reasons and budgets.
• Prepare itineraries and distribute to staff.
• Obtain approvals for travel requests and expenses exceeding limits.
• Assist with travel documents (visas/passports).
• Monitor travel credit cards, loyalty programs, and reimbursements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
