Job summary

CFY is hiring Training Coaches to motivate and support Family Trainers and Customer Service Representatives during Family Learning Workshops in New York City. This role involves coaching trainers, ensuring effective workshop management, and improving the learning experiences of families.

Training Coaches must commit to approximately eight and a half hours on Saturdays and participate in collaborative training efforts. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for education in low-income communities.

Qualifications

• Must commit to work three Saturdays per month during the school year.
• Experience in low-income community engagement is essential.
• Excellent public speaking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to Family Trainers to enhance effectiveness.
• Monitor workshop culture and maintain a safe environment.
• Administer training sessions at various locations.
