Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions.
• Verify checks, endorsements, and proper identification.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with branch balancing tasks.
• Answer inquiries in person or by phone while maintaining confidentiality.
• Refer customers to specialists for services as needed.
• Support branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
