Job summary

Security Financial Bank in Black River Falls, WI seeks a dependable Part-Time Teller to be the friendly face at our Main Street branch. You will process deposits and withdrawals, verify identifications, balance cash drawer, and provide courteous service with accuracy.

No prior banking experience required; we offer training. Schedule features daytime shifts Monday and Friday, plus 1-2 more shifts Tue–Thu and rotating Saturday mornings, with a $5.00/hour premium on Saturday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling or sales experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions.
• Verifying checks, endorsements, and proper identification.
• Balancing your cash drawer daily and assisting with branch balancing tasks.
• Answering customer inquiries in person and by phone, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Referring customers to other SFB team members for specialized services.
• Supporting branch operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
