Job summary

2020 Companies in partnership with our client is hiring part-time Sales Specialists at Nebraska Furniture Mart in Kansas City, KS. You will engage customers, train store staff on the client’s product ecosystem, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

Pay is $24.00 per hour with a Friday–Sunday, 8-hour schedule. Benefits include weekly pay, next-day pay on demand, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Inspire Customers: Proactively engage with shoppers on the sales floor, demonstrating the client’s products and showcasing their value.
• Empower Associates: Conduct training sessions for Nebraska Furniture Mart sales associates on product features and sales techniques.
• Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through direct interaction and by empowering staff.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with store management and sales teams to promote the client’s products.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the client as a confident, knowledgeable brand ambassador.
• Maintain Product Expertise: Stay up to date on new client products and technology.
• Effective Merchandising: Ensure client product displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Provide Insights: Report on sales performance and market feedback to refine strategies.
