Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Part-Time Retail Brand Representative to support multiple technology vendors in a Texas retail environment. You will drive awareness, education, and sales of Computing Category products while delivering an exceptional experience for customers and store associates.

The role focuses on engagement, product demonstrations, and training of retail staff. A flexible schedule (Friday–Sunday) and local travel may be required, with a pay rate of $21 per hour plus

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Interest in technology and computing products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, retail associates, and store leadership.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting product training sessions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally between store locations if required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales Support: Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner; identify needs and recommend computing solutions; demonstrate features and benefits; assist in making informed purchasing decisions; promote a complete solution approach; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Retail Employee Training & Development: Train and educate retail associates on product features, benefits, and selling strategies; conduct coaching sessions, product demonstrations, and training events; build relationships with store leadership and sales associates; serve as a resource for product knowledge and competitive positioning; reinforce client messaging during store visits.
• Brand Advocacy & Execution: Represent multiple vendors with professionalism; stay current on computing products and industry trends; ensure displays, signage, and merchandising standards; share marketplace insights and feedback; support promotional events and product launches.
• Client Experience: Deliver a high-quality experience that reflects positively on clients and partners; create excitement around products through conversations and demonstrations; represent client brands with integrity and passion.
