Job summary

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• 1+ year in wine, hospitality, or retail.
• Excellent communication and guest service.
• Ability to upsell wine, club memberships, and experiences.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve wine and food pairings to guests and club members.
• Educate guests on tastings and wine purchases.
• Explain wine club memberships and encourage sign-ups.
• Assist in wine and merchandise purchases; stock & open bottles.
• Follow winery policies, procedures and safety standards.
