• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Surgical Technician.
• 1–2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs in and ensures sterile field is maintained.
• Assists in gowning, gloving, and passing instruments.
• Aids in patient transfer and positioning.
• Prepares and organizes supplies and equipment.
• Assesses and responds in emergencies with priority to patient needs.
• Advocates for patient safety and quality care.
