Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN) to oversee clinical and operational activities on weekend shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality resident care.

You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, coordinate staffing, review clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during weekend shifts.
