You will serve as the on-site clinical leader, supporting nursing staff, addressing resident needs, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during weekend shiftsEnsure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered careMonitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadershipProvide clinical guidance and support to nursing staffAssist with staffing coordination and coverage as neededEnsure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationMaintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulationsRespond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectivelyParticipate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as neededServe as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, and familiesPromote a positive, team-oriented work environmentSupport facility quality initiatives and survey readiness effortsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceGraduate of an accredited LPN programActive, unrestricted LPN license in South CarolinaLong-term care and rehabilitation experience requiredPrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory complianceSkills & AbilitiesStrong clinical judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and lead a team effectivelyCommitment to delivering exceptional resident careLicenses & CertificationsCurrent South Carolina LPN license in good standingCurrent CPR certification preferredMust maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirementsMust remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of NursingWe are an equal opportunity employer.
