Job summary

Strategies to Empower People Inc. is hiring a Weekend Supervisor for Behavioral Supported Living Services in the Sacramento area. You will supervise direct support staff, train caregivers, and ensure quality care for adults with I/DD in client homes.

The role runs Fri 10 p.m. to Mon 8 a.m., with a 58-hour weekend shift including 40 paid hours at $20–$21/hr and 18 hours overtime. Mileage reimbursement provided; not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience supervising individuals.
• One (1) year of supervisory and budget/finance experience required.
• Licensed and insured driver with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of I/DD population and needs required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training and feedback to direct support staff.
• Deliver hands-on support and quality assurance visits to clients.
• Represent the agency in hospitals/ER visits and communicate with medical professionals.
• Document accurately and advocate for clients’ needs during emergencies.
