Job summary

New Avenues for Youth in Portland, OR is seeking a compassionate Weekend Supervisor to support youth in shelter settings. You will supervise weekend staff, provide guidance, and help youth access resources to lead healthy, independent lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth services or related field with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in crisis intervention, including de-escalation and emergency procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Consistent Operations: Maintain safe facilities and staff support.
• Document the Journey: Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring that our programs have the data they need to thrive and continue serving those who need it most.

Qualifications:

• Experience in youth services, social work, or related field, with minimum of one year in a supervisory role
