• Perform daily checks to prevent overstretching and monitor product quality.
• Conduct PM maintenance checks and follow safety protocols with PPE.
• Batch preparation and material handling; support logs and tooling changes.
• Collaborate with press, QC, and saw operators to optimize production.
• Assist with training new team members and respond to downtime needs.
