Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The role requires an MD RN license with at least one year of clinical experience; home health experience is preferred.

You will travel to clients, follow care plans, administer medications, and document care using EMR systems. We offer both full-time or part-time opportunities with flexible schedules and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid Maryland RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and reliability.
• Solid computer skills; EMR proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan based on patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients within assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow doctors' orders and document actions accurately.
• Perform client assessments as needed.
• Coordinate case management and services; document observations clearly in the EMR.
