Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Frederick County, Maryland is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to perform home health visits in Senior Living settings. This role emphasizes one-on-one care and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

Must hold a current MD Registered Nurse license.
Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (school transcript or diploma).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments and procedures.
Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.
Case management and coordination.
Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations using a tablet.
