Qualifications

• High school graduate with some college preferred.
• Strong science background preferred.
• Maintain a current CPR card or must obtain a current CPR card within orientation period.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Will advance education and obtain credentials within 3 years of hire.
• May be required to work any day or shift of the week including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform polysomnographic procedures as prescribed with limited supervision.
• Monitor, record and document the sleep study.
• Perform patient set-up, attach electrodes and monitors to patient.
• Score various aspects of the sleep and interpret physiologic data.
• Maintain and operate sleep lab equipment to ensure safe functioning.
