The Sleep Study Technician at Wabash General Hospital provides polysomnographic procedures with limited supervision, supporting patient care from adolescents to geriatrics. This PRN weekend role requires flexibility, including shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, and a solid science background with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Current CPR certification required or obtained within orientation.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform polysomnographic procedures with limited supervision.
• Attach electrodes and monitor sleep studies.
• Review patient history and document results.
• Score sleep stages and prepare artifact-free data.
