Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions seeks a Site Superintendent for industrial and commercial construction projects in the Mississauga–Brampton, ON region. The ideal candidate will have completed at least one full-cycle project and will coordinate with the Construction Manager to ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

Availability for weekends is required; a flexible schedule with days off during the week is provided. The base salary range is CAD 90,000–110,000, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of on-site construction experience in industrial or commercial projects.
• Completed at least one full-cycle project (ground-up to closeout).
• Knowledge of OHSA and Ontario building codes; ability to read drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing on-site construction activities for industrial and commercial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to keep workflows on track.
• Monitor project schedules and help meet milestones and deadlines.
