North Berwick Aerospace Systems (NBAS) is seeking a Site Materials Senior Manager to guide the materials planning team and ensure robust forecast-driven delivery for complex assemblies. The role emphasizes SAP-driven control of material flow, daily leadership, and cross-site collaboration to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree and minimum 10 years' prior experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, materials/supply chain management or a related environment
• Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures
• Experience working in a constantly fluctuating, customer focused environment while successfully driving and delivering results
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Excel and PowerPoint to create documents and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Materials team and daily Startup/Tier meetings.
• Manage planning parameters for schedule accuracy and inventory optimization.
• Drive initiatives to improve On-Time Delivery and inventory turns.
• Coordinate material flow from supply chain to NBAS for finished goods.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and other sites on strategy.
