Job summary

Artisan Direct in Mooresville, NC is seeking an independent contractor to install and remove lightweight weekend signs. Signs are placed Friday evening and removed by Monday morning, with pickups and reporting done via our mobile app.

The role is 1099, with no benefits, offering flexible weekend hours and opportunities for bonuses during peak periods. Drivers must provide their own vehicle and smartphone and meet license/insurance requirements.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
18+ years old.
Own vehicle with space for 30+ signs.
Smartphone capable of running our mobile app.
Ability to lift and place signs outdoors.
Hammer stakes 6–8 inches into the ground during the first weekend.
Dependable and able to complete routes within the required time windows each weekend.

Responsibilities

Use Artisan Direct's mobile application to report installation and pickup of signs at specific locations.
Install signs every weekend between Friday 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM.
Pickup the same signs between Sunday 6 PM and Monday 8 AM.
Store signs and extra stakes safely during the week.
Submit a weekly invoice and order replacement inventory after completing pick up using our website.
