Job summary

Life Fitness in Ramsey, MN seeks a Shipping Associate for a weekend shift to ensure timely and accurate shipping of orders. You’ll pull, stage, and load items while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse with the supervisor.

Overtime eligibility begins after hour 36 and a Production Bonus Plan is available based on performance. Base pay ranges from $21.50 to $25.05 per hour for full-time team members, with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and health coverage, plus a company gym

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Prior shipping/warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and load orders accurately and safely.
• Ensure products are shipped in good condition.
• Organize warehouse space with supervisor for safety and efficiency.
• Report supply needs and equipment issues to supervisor.
• Operate a pallet jack and handheld scanner.
