Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is hiring for a Paint Line Loader/Unloader on the Weekend Shift in Ramsey, MN. You will prepare parts for painting, inspect finished products, and ensure materials flow safely through production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and work instructions.
• Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Load weldments onto the paint line following hang patterns.
• Unload painted parts, inspect quality, remove masking and plugs.
• Stage, organize, wrap, and prepare finished parts for next steps.
• Inspect parts to identify quality issues and document reorders.
• Perform Oracle inventory transactions and required production paperwork.
• Maintain hooks, racks, and materials for efficient line operation.
• Safely operate hoists and material-handling equipment.
• Report equipment issues and supply needs to Supervisor or Lead.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and support production.
