Job summary

Interstate Warehousing in Hamilton, OH is seeking a warehouse clerk to process orders for shipment, check in/out drivers, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving paperwork. The role requires entering orders into computer systems and coordinating with drivers and vendors.

This full-time position offers a swing shift (Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00am–7:30pm) totaling 40 hours per week, with hourly pay between $20.25 and $22.25.

Qualifications

• Experience processing orders for shipment.
• Proficiency entering orders into computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out drivers and confirm seal and fuel levels by visual inspection.
• Prepare receiving documents for warehouse and confirm receipts into computer.
• Enter all manually received orders and/or changes into computer system.
• Edit and ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound paperwork and sign out drivers.
• Communicate shipping and receiving concerns to customer service, carrier, or vendor.
• Prepare shipping documents for warehouse and confirm shipments into computer.
• Supply warehouse with lot and location information as needed.
• Update computer with location and hold status changes.
• Enter data into vendor’s site for shipping orders.
• Report food safety and quality problems to supervisor.
