Belron is hiring a Warehouse Associate I to support distribution of glass parts. The role requires operating MHE, using RF scanners, and performing daily warehousing tasks to meet strict shipping timelines. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with MHE equipment such as forklift, order picker, or reach truck.
• Weight limit to operate order picker is 300 pounds; weigh under 300 lbs if assigned.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work in varying environmental conditions and long shifts.
• Punctual and dependable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE up to 40 feet for warehouse tasks.
• Perform pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation daily.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Follow safety and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, secure work area through housekeeping.
• Build steel pallets and prepare for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers as needed.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
