This role requires meticulous attention to detail, steady manual dexterity, and ability to read manufacturing docs and schematics. IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 certifications are a plus; a clean, climate-controlled environment and strong

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with hand soldering on PCBs.
• Ability to read schematics and manufacturing docs.
• Must pass IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ESD precautions.

Responsibilities

• Build through-hole (PTH) and SMT PCB assemblies per drawings.
• Solder components, wires, and parts with precision.
• Inspect solder joints for defects and misplacements.
• Perform minor rework and repairs on boards.
• Pull up documentation for customer assemblies.
• Operate equipment to meet customer requirements.
• Handle product and components safely.
• Maintain records and work with minimal supervision.
• Follow hazardous waste handling procedures.
