Job summary

Innovize in Minnesota is seeking an entry-level Technician I for weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 am–5:30 pm). You will follow prescribed routines on simple or repetitive manufacturing tasks, learn hand assembly and packaging, and gain a working knowledge of product quality, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities include communicating rate deficiencies, conducting quality inspections, maintaining safety, logging time in the system, and developing packaging skills.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years manufacturing experience preferred; medical manufacturing experience a plus.
• Able to read and understand print drawings after training.

Responsibilities

• Communicate rate deficiencies to management per work instructions.
• Perform quality process inspections per procedures and document results.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and production goals.
• Report unsafe working conditions to management.
• Accurately enter time in the computer time clock system.
• Develop satisfactory packaging and assembly skills.
• Read and understand basic prints.
